On 02 January 2025, Surya Memorial Foundation, along with Surya Community College, carried out a Monthly Student Hospital Support Visit across multiple hospitals in Dharapuram and Karur. The program aimed to monitor students’ clinical work, understand challenges faced during hospital duties, and provide emotional and personal support.

During the visit, students shared their work experiences, learning progress, work pressure, and personal concerns. Individual counselling and motivation were provided, along with snacks and essential household items. This initiative helped improve student morale, strengthen the student–institution relationship, and support students in continuing their hospital training with confidence and dignity.
